1I am thinking of buying a flat pack kitchen instead of a normal kitchen. What are the advantages?
Both options have their place in the market and will give you a great result. With a flat pack option you will have to do a little more yourself but the cost savings and the convenience of having it now make it all worthwhile. 2How much will it cost for my installation?
Each job is different so to ensure that you are not mislead, its best for you to contact tradepro installation services to book in an appointment with one of our representatives. We can then provide you with a no obligation fixed price quotation. That way you will know exactly what you will pay prior to starting the installation.
3Does tradepro installation services offer a project management service?
Absolutely, we offer a site measure and review service where one of our Technical people will visit your home or site to make sure you have thought of everything. This is a great way to gain comfort for those of you that are not quite sure if you’re on the right track.
4Can tradepro installation services provide other services such as plumbers, electricians and tilers etc?
Yes we can. Unlike most other installers, tradepro installation services is licensed to provide all these services. We even have agreements in place with most trades which allows us to support our customers with all aspects of the kitchen or bathroom renovation. Not only that, we can even provide Project Management services so that you can sit back and watch it all take place.
5Can I use my own tradie for electrical, plumbing, or tiling?
You sure can. tradepro installation services will come In, install your kitchen or bathroom and then get of the way so your team of tradies can do their work. If you need to take us up on the project management offer that’s OK too.
6If I choose to use my own tradies will I void my warranty.
tradepro installation services will honor warranty on all work performed by tradepro. If we install it we will warrant it.
7Does tradepro installation services remove my old kitchen/bathroom and take it away?
If you want us to remove and take away your old cabinetry we will. tradepro installation services will always take great care in removing old cabinetry and generally nothing goes wrong but in the off chance that something unforeseen pops up, we will discuss with you prior to proceeding. You shouldn’t worry though as this is very rare. With consideration to our environment we will make sure that the waste is disposed of in the correct manner which will incur a fee.
8How long will the installation take
The installation duration varies depending on the services that you require. As a guide you might want to allow 3 days for the assembly and installation phase and then 1 day each for the trades that follow. Obviously with larger rooms this can change. If you chose to take us up on our project management offer then we will even provide you with a documented project schedule complete with dates and contact details for all involved.
9Will I receive a warranty period?
Yes, Warranty is covered off in our service agreements with all our technicians. Whilst the requests we receive for warranty are minimal, the labour provided by tradepro installation services will be covered for a period of twelve months from completion of your installation.
10Do I have to be at home for the installation?
Whilst our teams are all very professional and trustworthy we prefer that you be home for the duration just in case you’re needed. There will no doubt be times when the technicians will want to ask a question or two that only you can answer.
11When and how will I need to pay for my installation?
Payments are staggered throughout the entire process and will be detailed on your invoice. We do however require a deposit payment prior to commencement on site. Once you have decided to accept our quotation, give us a call or an email and we will organize payment of the deposit via cheque, transfer or credit card.
12If I have made a mistake with my order will I have to pay the installer to come back again?
At tradepro installation services we understand that mistakes sometimes happen. Don’t despair though if this is identified prior to installation we will only charge you a small fee for travel to return to your installation. Then it’s down to business.
13Will there be much dust during the installation?
The tradepro installation services team is quite diligent in keeping the dust to a minimum. Unfortunately this is a substantial renovation and some dust is inevitable. We suggest that you cover all furniture and appliances including audio visual equipment prior to your technician arriving. Just for that extra piece of mind.
