Improve your bathrooms with bespoke, end-to-end renovations.
Off-the-shelf bathroom packages are popular for a reason.
They’re affordable, they’re packaged for easy installation, and they look … fine.
Not every Sunshine Coast property owner, though, wants a space that’s just ‘fine’ – to put up with cheap materials, the niggles of a shoehorned layout, or the stylistic clash between mass-produced bathroom and custom-designed house.
That’s why each of our engagements begins with an exploration of your home and your living style.
Once we understand the kind of bathrooms you actually need, we’ll put together a fixed-price, fully itemised quote – and break down the renovation process into an easy-to-understand timeline.
Book A Consultation Now →Unify your Sunshine Coast home’s aesthetic.
Your tiled spaces should be physically separate, but bound by a connective thread – a shared design DNA.
That connection is what makes a home feel cohesive, a series of interlinked spaces instead of random rooms jumbled together.
As your end-to-end renovation partner, we can work with you to renovate your kitchen, bathroom and laundry at the same time, elevating look and living appeal.
It’s the simplest way to quickly increase your home’s value – and we’ll do it all under a single, fixed-price quote.

‘We recently had TradePro Installations install a new kitchen and, a few months later, a bathroom/laundry renovation was also completed.
Project Manager for our bathroom/laundry project, Joel Montford, was exceptional.
He was professional and very knowledgeable, which made the whole process less stressful than we anticipated.
Joel was courteous and approachable and came up with solutions for any issues we had.
We would highly recommend TradePro Installations and Joel Montford for any home renovation projects.’
To provide a fixed-price quote for your project, one of our design consultants will visit your Sunshine Coast home to measure your bathroom, discuss the scope of work, and talk through your vision.
You’ll receive your quote, design renders, and drawings shortly after your consultation.
Following design approval, we’ll provide a start date and estimated completion date for works.
During that time, we’ll need unobstructed access to your bathroom.
You can track the progress of works on the Tradepro app and, if there are any delays, your dedicated project manager will contact you as quickly as possible.
Once your project manager has completed all quality assurance checks, you can review our work and start using your new bathroom.
We’ll contact you around one month after closeout to make sure everything looks and feels the way it should.

If you’re hiring qualified professionals, then, no, it’s unlikely you can renovate a bathroom on the Sunshine Coast for $10,000. You’ll need to pay for:
You’ll also need to spend time:
If you choose an end-to-end builder like us that handles everything for you, expect to pay around $30,000 for a full renovation (although smaller bathrooms like ensuites can cost less).
If there’s a ‘trend’ emerging in bathroom design on the Sunshine Coast, it’s the ongoing shift towards soft lighting and neutral, earthy colours. More minimalist aesthetics are still popular, but we get many more requests that involve soft greens, blues and beiges, often complemented by warm lighting and wooden accents.
There’s also an increasing sense of adventurism in bathroom design. More than a few of our customers are leaning into creative aesthetics, ranging from coloured grout and Machuca tiles to full feature walls. Ultimately, though, there’s nothing wrong with a more traditional white or grey bathroom with matte black or silver fixtures. Your bathroom should be designed around your tastes and lifestyle – not what other people are doing with their homes.
Tiles are the flooring of choice for 95% of bathrooms for a reason. The right choice of tile looks great, is extremely durable, and won’t be damaged by moisture.
With that said, we are getting an increasing number of requests – particularly in Sunshine Coast homes with minimalist aesthetics – for polished concrete floors. Done right, they can be extremely attractive, creating a sense of continuity between shower, wall and floor. The main downside to concrete is that it requires virtually no subfloor movement. If that’s not possible in your home, concrete-look bathroom tiles are a good middle ground, delivering a similar aesthetic without the risk of cracks.
The single-best thing you can do to improve the value-add of a bathroom is fix any problems. A shower that isn’t properly sealed, leaking plumbing, a broken exhaust fan – each one represents a big headache for potential buyers, who typically want to avoid the hassle of finding tradies to provide (often inflated) quotes to fix unknown damage.
Superficial works, such as new tiling and LED lighting, can also make a bathroom feel more much more appealing. Of course, if you’re investing in new flooring, it’s almost always worth it to fix the shower and cabinetry at the same time.
