We’ll handle every aspect of your laundry improvements.
Repair or restore an old or damaged laundry.
Change fixtures and other aesthetic features to reinvigorate your space.
Substantially upgrade your laundry without changing the basic layout.
Completely overhaul the design and construction of your laundry.
Improve your laundry’s ergonomics by upgrading or remodelling your existing layout.
Too many properties have poorly designed laundries – cramped layouts, slippery tiles, and subpar storage.
An end-to-end renovation can solve those problems.
Our process starts with design: what structure makes the most sense for your lifestyle goals?
Then we focus on finding the right materials and finishes, focusing on products that combine hard-wearing functionality with the perfect appearance.
Finally, we’ll coordinate our team of specialist contractors to deliver your new space as efficiently as possible – all under one fixed-price quote.
Align your laundry’s aesthetic with the rest of your residence.
Laundries are practical rooms, but that doesn’t mean they need to feel stark or clinical.
Natural light, pops of warm colours, a stone or timber benchtop – each one can help elevate your laundry from worksite to living space.
A luxury feel doesn’t just have to be visual, either.
Soft-closing cabinets, subtle soundproofing, and efficient ventilation can all help create that upscale ambience your property deserves.
Get in touch with us to find out how our end-to-end approach can simplify your laundry renovation.
Unify the appearance of your kitchen, bathroom and laundry by improving all 3 spaces at the same time.
Your home’s service areas – kitchen, bathroom and laundry – work best with a unified aesthetic.
But creating that continuity can be hard if you’ve engaged different trades to deliver each room.
As an end-to-end builder, we’ll handle every aspect of your renovation – including coordinating tradespeople, matching existing materials, and checking all works comply with relevant codes and regulations.
The result: a laundry that aligns with the rest of your property, and a smooth, headache-free construction process.
Work with a builder you can genuinely trust.

Our streamlined renovation process ensures clarity and quality at every stage. From an on-site quotation and design consultation to the start of work and final closeout, we guide you through each step.
01
On-Site Quotation
To provide a fixed-price quote for your project, one of our estimators will visit your property to measure your laundry and discuss the scope of work.
You’ll be emailed your quote shortly after our estimator’s visit.
If you don’t feel ready to book an on-site quotation, you can call us to discuss your project and get a non-fixed estimate.
02
Design Consultation
Once you’ve approved your quote, we’ll coordinate with you to schedule a design consultation.
In-person consultations are normally easiest and are conducted in the comfort of your home.
If you’ve procured materials yourself, your design consultant may ask you to provide plans, technical specifications and other collateral.
Alternatively, if you’d like us to help you choose and source materials, your consultant can walk you through recommended products and show you any applicable samples we have on site. (Please let us know if you’d like specific materials or colours – our team can colour- and texture-match most standard bathroom surfaces and fixtures.)
When Tradepro Installations designs your renovation, you’ll receive your design renders and drawings shortly after your consultation.
03
Works Begin
Following design approval, we’ll provide a start date and estimated completion date for works.
During that time, our team will require unobstructed access to your laundry.
You can track the progress of works on the Tradepro Installations dedicated online customer portal and, if there are any delays, your dedicated project manager will contact you as quickly as possible.
04
Closeout and Aftercare
Once your project manager has completed all quality assurance checks, you can review our work and start using your new laundry.
We’ll contact you after closeout to ask you to complete a very short customer satisfaction survey which we will use to improve services in the future.
Keep your renovations on schedule with a dedicated project manager.
Have your project executed to the highest standards of quality – and be fully compliant with regulations.
Benefit from fixed-price renovation quotes and no hidden costs.*
*Unforeseen factors, such as termite damage or wood rot, can sometimes require variations to our initial quote. We’ll always issue a change order first (which specifies any extra time/costs) for your review and approval.

You can expect a standard laundry renovation to cost around $15,000. Smaller improvements (restorations or refurbishments) can cost as little as $5,000. A full remodel might cost $20,000–25,000, particularly if you’re modifying structural components.
Of course, the cost of any renovation depends on the quality of materials you use. Installing flat-pack off-the-shelf standardised cabinetry, for example, will be less expensive than paying for custom joinery.
A fixed quote is exactly what it sounds like – we’ll complete your project for the price specified in your quotation. That means there are no hidden costs and no budget overruns. Even if the cost of materials changes or a subcontractor increases their rates, you’ll only pay what we originally quoted you.
Keep in mind that all fixed quotes only cover their inclusions. If, for example, you decided you wanted to change something in your laundry’s design after we provided a quote, we might need to charge more to cover the new costs. Any requests to change the scope of work are formalised via a change order (a legal document signed by both us and you), which will specify exactly how much extra time and money the changes will incur.
Renovating your laundry benefits you in 2 ways: it may increase your home’s value and you’ll enjoy a better quality of life.
Whether your laundry renovation delivers a positive return on investment – that is, the value it adds to your property is more than the cost of improvements – depends on factors like the original condition of the laundry, the cost of the renovation, and the condition of your overall property. Even if you don’t get a positive ROI, though, a modern laundry can help improve buyer interest in the property, which can indirectly lead to a higher sale price.
Most homeowners, though, don’t renovate for future buyers. They do it for themselves, because they know how much a good laundry can enhance their quality of life. That’s what we’d recommend too. Invest in a laundry space that’s inviting, easy to use, and simple to clean. Your future self will thank you.
Most laundry renovations, on average, can be completed in 5–7 days of work. Once the schedules of different subcontractors have been factored in, an average completion timeline is around 2 weeks.
Keep in mind that different factors can affect how long your laundry actually takes. For example, you’ll need to plan your laundry and have your builder procure materials before work commences. It’s also best to plan your renovation outside of summer, especially if you’re in Queensland. Key trades – plumbers and water-proofers – tend to be busier over the rainy season, and inclement weather conditions can sometimes cause delays in construction.
No. As an end-to-end builder, we work with specialist contractors like carpenters, cabinetmakers and stonemasons. We will, however, help you design the right cabinets and benches for your laundry space. Once we provide dimension, material and finish specifications to our contractors, they’ll manufacture the components and cut/configure them on site.
